Get ready to sprint, jump, and throw with the Homenetmen Los Angeles Chapter Athletic Committee! Our highly anticipated Track & Field Practice Program is finally here! Whether your athlete is a seasoned pro or just starting out, they’ll benefit from our dynamic and fun training sessions to learn all about track and field.
Practice Dates:

Time: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Practice Location: Los Angeles Community College – Track
What to Expect:
- Fundamental Training: From sprinting to long jump, our program covers all the basics.
- Navasartian Games Preparation: Gear up for the Navasartian Games Track Meet and sharpen your skills for competition.
- Fun & Fitness: Enjoy every moment while honing your athletic abilities in a supportive environment.
Registration Details:
- Open to All Ages 5+
- Fee: $40 per athlete
- Registration Includes: The coolest Homenetmen t-shirt ever!
